As a condition of using the Oklahoma Environmental Services SIR service, should the Oklahoma Corporation Commission identify this site as a suspected or active release and requires 24-hour reporting per OCC Regulations, the tank Owner/Operator shall contact Oklahoma Environmental Services at 1-888-584-3386 and designate Oklahoma Environmental Services as their Environmental Consultant for the facility.
